“Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, then you’re never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures.” Don McCullin

My name is Gregor Salobir and I am a Maribor (Slovenia) based photographer specialized in documentary, portraiture and concert photography.

Life is a sequence of moments which have a tendency to despair. Photography is allowing me capturing those worthy moments and save them.

From the early days of my photography journey, analog photography was my faithful partner. The love for analog photography I’m incorporating now more and more in my day to day life and work. Working in the darkroom gave me a greater aprication for the amazing work of the photographers before me and taught me the value of patience, learning from your mistakes and trying again.
